What to expect from your construction team...

We're always looking for ways to improve on our service. We pride ourselves on our ability to:

  • Keep client/team communication consistant and effective.
  • Manage deadlines and expectations with great care.
  • Address the client's concerns immediately.

Our clients and partners always have a direct line in with our Principle, Todd Simmons, and work closely with our Senior Project Manager, Terry Christensen.

The team at Simmons lives by the mantra that the "sales cycle" never ends. It is nurtured non-stop. Who can afford not to work with this mindset in an industry in which performance is constantly being scrutinized? We stay with our client throughout the relationship, one that hopefully has no end, right?

I would like to ask the folks in the development industry, "What is your current image of the construction team you currently deal with? What would you change and what do you expect?"

Posts can be anonymous, as it's more important for us at Simmons Construction to hear what people in our industry think. Thanks for blogging with Simmons!
